- Business space: The centres rent out office, laboratory and production space. The offered spaces are flexible and provide a foundation that grows with the company during the initial years.
- Technical and organisational services: Reception services, switchboard, telecommunication and internet services, office technology, etc. as well the use of conference rooms and seminar facilities including state-of-the-art presentation technology and conference organisation are offered subject to requests. Tenant companies can use the conference rooms at special rates.
- Consulting services and support: Our start-up centres offer start-ups and young businesses advice and assistance for all relevant questions during the launch and growth phase.

Wirtschafts- und Wissenschaftspark mariCUBE, Büsum
The mariCUBE is Schleswig-Holstein’s first business and academic park which focusses principally on blue biotechnology. Located in the immediate vicinity of the West Coast Research and Technology Centre as well as the Gesellschaft für Marine Aquakultur, the mariCUBE provides start-ups and spin-offs the perfect setting for their own research projects with office space, laboratories and service facilities.
